The Wash-Checks U Ultrasonic Monitor is designed for monitoring the cleaning efficiency of ultrasonic cleaners. Wash-Checks U should be used for routine monitoring of ultrasonic cleaners.

Why Wash-Checks? They monitor not only cavitation, but also loading, detergent function, time and temperature. The reusable holder means cost is low and you can monitor on a regular basis!

Routine Weekly Use:
1. Place the Wash-Check U Ultrasonic Monitor in the holder.
2. Place the monitor with holder in the ultrasonic cleaner, on top of the instruments, with the BLUE SQUARE facing UP.
3. Process the ultrasonic cleaning load per normal procedure.
4. At the end of the cycle, remove the Wash-Checks U ultrasonic monitor from the ultrasonic cleaner and review the results. If the cleaning cycle was effective, the blue area in the square should have disappeared.
5. Record the results (and save the Wash-Checks U by stapling to any records.)
